Disclaimer:
We are not responsible for printing errors, for sale of Layaway items, for shipment cutbacks from any manufacturers/distributors, or for the acceptance of overbooked orders for a particular item. All items are available on a first come, first served basis.

Damaged Merchandise:
All items are shipped fully insured. If you receive items damaged by the freight carrier, please have the freight carrier pick up the damaged merchandise and return it to us FREE OF CHARGE, it is their responsibility to return damaged goods to us. Also please enclose a copy of the invoice in the package explaining the damage so we know what is happening. 10 days limit from shipping date.

Back Orders:
Due to the unique manufacturing process in the industry, some back-orders may take quite a while to ship. Items will remain on back-order until product is received from the manufacturer or notice is received that it is not being made.

Returns:
Please call to get a return authorization which must appear on your shipping label below the city and state. The invoice copy must be enclosed, explaining what needs to be done. The merchandise must be in the original package in unused condition (if sold as new item). NO RETURNS AFTER 10 DAYS OF RECEIPT. All returns are subject to a 10% restocking charge and applicable freight charges if not exchanged for merchandise of equal value. No returns of books or video tapes.
